Former school volunteer guilty in child rape case
PORT ORCHARD
— After deliberating for about a half-day Monday, a jury found a former
Bremerton School District volunteer guilty of sexually assaulting five girls.
Stephen
Jabs, 53, shook his head as Kitsap Superior Court Judge Kevin Hull read the
lengthy verdict forms. Jabs was convicted of 10 felonies: five counts of
first-degree rape of a child and five counts of first-degree child molestation. (Kitsap Sun, July 18,2016)
